Cookie Policy
Last updated: March 29, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Benita Bike’s DanceArt Company (“we”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, and how you can manage choices. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage (for example to remember your cookie choices) and pixels or tags loaded when you consent to marketing measurement.
2. Consent banner
When you first visit, we show a banner with Accept all, Customize, and Essential only. Your choice is stored in browser localStorage under the key benitadanceart_cookie_consent_v1 so we do not show the banner again until you clear storage or reopen settings. Strictly necessary storage for this purpose is required for the banner to function.
3. Categories of cookies / storage
3.1 Strictly necessary
These support basic site operation and storing your consent decision. They are not used for optional analytics or ads. Typical duration: persistent until you clear site data.
3.2 Analytics (optional)
If you enable this category in Customize, we may load tools that measure aggregate traffic or performance. Currently no third-party analytics script is deployed in our static template; if we add one, this policy will list the provider and retention. Duration depends on the provider (often up to 24 months unless shortened).
3.3 Marketing / advertising measurement (optional)
If you enable this category, we may load Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tag (UET) to measure conversions and support advertising effectiveness. The tag is implemented in our script only when a valid UET ID is configured and you have consented. See Privacy Policy for Microsoft links and your rights.
4. Third-party embeds
Embedded videos (YouTube, Vimeo) may set their own cookies when you use the player. Those are controlled by the platform, not by our banner, unless we add a separate technical block. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may break consent memory or site features. For guidance, see your browser’s help documentation.
